About

Gerardo D'Antuono

Attorney admitted before the Supreme Court of Cassation, Rome Bar. Over ten years alongside Italian and international clients in civil and commercial law.

I work in international civil and commercial law, assisting businesses and individuals with cross-border matters involving Italy and another country. Many of my clients reach me from abroad, often without ever having met me, through a referral or after a search online. That is where the work begins: earning trust quickly, speaking the client's own language, and being clear about what is possible and how long it will take.

I am qualified to represent clients before the Court of Cassation, and I follow every matter personally, from the first consultation to the resolution of the case. I believe in a direct, confidential relationship, with complete and traceable communication: I leave nothing about your case behind.

Alongside my practice I keep up research and teaching. I have written scientific publications, including contributions to the Codice delle Società for Giuffrè, and I have taught at the School of Specialization for the Legal Professions at La Sapienza, alongside magistrates of the Supreme Court. A lawyer never stops studying.

The practice runs day to day in Italian, English and Spanish, with Portuguese on hand when a case calls for it. Long-standing ties in Latin America and North America mean a client abroad still deals with one firm and one point of contact, wherever the matter reaches.
